Samantha Hale has been practicing real estate since 2003. She obtained a degree from the University of Texas in Corporate Communication in 2000 and has since obtained her real estate salesperson and brokerage license. She has handled numerous transactions in sales and leasing with experience in both residential and commercial. Samantha also devotes time to numerous civic volunteer opportunities, such as Junior Achievement. |

Gabe attended Southwest Texas State University where he had the opportunity to play football and receive a degree in Marketing. After graduating in May 2002, Gabe has specialized in sales and marketing while building long lasting relationships with clients. His passion for sales has led him to pursue a career in real estate where he hopes to bring his knowledge of sales and marketing into the real estate market. |

Alicean Harwood, REALTOR

Alicean graduated from the University of Texas in May 2006, where she received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Corporate Communications. Alicean has been working with top Real Estate Brokers here in Austin since 2005 and has obtained valuable experience in commercial and residential real estate, leasing, and property management. In 2006, she received her real estate license and worked with Samantha to launch StoneHaven Realty. Alicean specializes in campus leasing & sales, first time home buyers, and investors. |

Ryan France, REALTOR

An Austin native, Ryan graduated from the University of Texas in 2003 where he was a member of the 2002 National Championship Baseball Team. Upon graduation, he played for 3 years professionally with the Houston Astros and Washington Nationals. For the past four years, as a licensed Realtor, Ryan has specialized in sales and leasing of single and multi-family investment properties as well as relocation clients and move-up homebuyers.
